THE FIELD GUIDE

Ten field groups.
A purpose for each one.

Some groups contain multiple columns. For example, first and last name are separate in the downloadable CSV. Standard fields do not imply every cell will be populated.

A USEFUL HANDOFF

From spreadsheet
to your workflow.

CSV is a portable file format, not an automatic integration. Take these checks into your CRM or outreach tool.

  1. 01

    Map the columns

Match the agreed headers to your tool’s fields. Confirm required fields and phone formatting before the final export.

  2. 02

    Apply your exclusions

Check the list against existing customers, previous campaigns and suppression records before importing.

  3. 03

    Review available contacts

Blank optional fields remain visible. Use the sample to confirm whether coverage suits your intended channels.

SET THE RIGHT EXPECTATIONS

A prospect file is a starting point.

Tech-stack enrichment is not offered. Funding, hiring intent and other specialist research are not standard fields. Contact data does not establish permission for outreach, so review your intended use and our sourcing approach.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Questions about your file.

Have a more specific brief? Ask us directly.

What data is included in a Clean Rows prospect list?

The standard file covers 10 field groups. These cover names, business emails, personal and company LinkedIn profiles, available mobile and HQ phones, job title, company and domain, size and industry, and location.

Does 10 field groups mean exactly 10 spreadsheet columns?

No. A field group can contain more than one column, such as first and last name or company name and domain. The illustrative CSV on this page uses 13 columns; agree your delivery headers before ordering.

Will every row have a mobile number?

No. Phone numbers are included where available. Check coverage in your sample and discuss any phone requirement before placing the full order.

Can I import the file into my CRM or outreach tool?

The file can be delivered as CSV or a Google Sheet. Map the headers to your tool, review required fields and deduplicate against your existing records before import.

Does a verified email guarantee delivery?

No. Contact verification does not guarantee inbox placement, a reply or a meeting. Sending reputation, recipient policies and your message affect the result.

Can I request extra fields?

Additional research can be discussed before ordering. Tech-stack enrichment is not currently offered; other requirements need feasibility and pricing agreed in advance.
