Different buyers
A payroll client and a cybersecurity client need different titles, company sizes and regions. Each brief is agreed on its own terms.
For agencies
You run outbound for several clients, and each one sells to a different buyer. Brief every client separately and receive a white-label file built for that campaign.

THE AGENCY PROBLEM
One database export rarely fits a whole client roster. Buyers, markets and exclusions change from one retainer to the next, and the file your client sees should reflect their brief.
A payroll client and a cybersecurity client need different titles, company sizes and regions. Each brief is agreed on its own terms.
One client wants current customers removed. Another wants last quarter’s campaign contacts left out. Exclusions belong to the client’s brief.
Each campaign may need its own file, naming and exclusions, with no third-party branding. Splits and format are agreed before the order.
HOW A CLIENT BRIEF WORKS
Nothing is pooled across your clients. Each audience is defined, checked and exported on its own, so one client’s campaign never shapes another’s list.
Roles and title variations, sectors, company size and locations. Add named accounts if your client already has a target list.
Current customers, open deals, contacts from earlier campaigns and any suppression list. We agree how they are applied before research starts.
One file per client or campaign, as a CSV or Google Sheet, with the column names and file naming you agreed.
ILLUSTRATIVE CLIENT BRIEFS
These briefs are fictional. They show how much the audience, exclusions and export can change between clients on the same roster.
“CFOs and Heads of Finance at UK logistics companies with 200–1,000 employees. Exclude the client’s current customers.”
“IT Directors and Heads of Infrastructure at German and Austrian manufacturers, 100–500 employees. Leave out everyone contacted in the client’s last campaign.”
WHAT EACH CAMPAIGN GETS
The same standard field groups in every client file. Anything beyond the standard scope is confirmed before payment.

Pick a live or upcoming campaign and share its audience and exclusions.
Check titles, companies and contacts against the client’s brief. Flag anything outside it before the full build.
Choose a package for that client. Recurring work is scoped around your campaign calendar, not an automatic subscription.

Yes. Each client gets its own brief and its own export. Splits by client or campaign are agreed before you order.
Yes. Files are a plain CSV or Google Sheet with no Clean Rows branding, ready for campaigns you run under your agency’s name. Our Terms let agencies use a list to run campaigns for their clients; the data itself may not be resold or distributed as a dataset.
No. There are no seat fees. You pay per list package, and everyone on your team can work from the delivered file.
Send the exclusions with the brief. Existing customers, open deals, earlier campaign contacts and suppression lists are agreed as part of the scope, and you should still deduplicate against your own records before import.
Start with a 100-lead sample before your first paid order. Check it against the client’s brief, then agree the volume the campaign actually needs.
Recurring delivery can be scoped around your campaign calendar. It is agreed separately, and there is no automatic subscription or renewal.
No. A prospect list is research, not a campaign result. Replies and meetings depend on your offer, messaging, sending setup and the client’s market.
